This timeframe begins upon receipt of your payment by Smell of Happiness. If your order includes items with non-identical delivery times (example: in stock and pre-order), all of your items will be sent upon receipt of all the merchandise in order to limit transport costs. If you would like multiple shipments (at your expense), please send your request via the contact form.

Before adding your item, please request confirmation via the contact form. After confirmation, you will be able to add your items as follows: 1. Add your items to your cart 2. In the comment box indicate "this order is to be added to the...... according to agreement" 3. Select payment upon collection of the parcel then pay for your order in the same way as the first (transfer / Twint / Paypal, etc.)

Despite the care taken by Smell of Happiness in preparing packages, it may happen that an item is missing. Please inform Smell of Happiness within 24 hours of receipt by email or via the contact form, certifying that a product is missing or that there has been a distribution error. Any claim made after 24 hours of receipt of the order will be rejected and Smell of Happiness will be released from all liability. If the above conditions are met, Smell of Happiness will then either reship the missing product(s), depending on stock availability, or refund the product(s), subject to the validity of the buyer's request. In the case of reshipment, the delivery costs will be borne by Smell of Happiness.
