If the information provided by the customer when placing the order is incorrect, Smell of Happiness cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the product, new shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.

Prices are in CHF and guaranteed at the time of purchase. Smell of Happiness may change prices at any time, including during promotions or exchange rate changes. Delivery costs are additional and are indicated upon order confirmation based on weight. In the event of a pricing error, the customer may purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. Payment for the order must be made when validating the shopping cart or within 4 hours in the case of offline payment (bank transfer or twint). The items sold are those listed in the catalog published on the Smell of Happiness website. These items are available for sale while stocks last. The specifications of the items, as well as the photos, are established in agreement with the supplier and are provided for informational purposes only. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the item offered, particularly with regard to colors and cannot have any contractual value.

All items presented on the site are subject to availability at the time of order. Smell of Happiness reserves the right to modify the content of the articles offered online on the site at any time. In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the product ordered, Smell of Happiness will inform the buyer. The order is confirmed by the customer's acceptance of the price. Offers are valid within the limits of stock availability.

Any warranty for defects is expressly excluded . As the items are mostly handmade, they may have color variations or roughness which are in no way considered defects! In particular, some color variations inherent in the natural character of the products used may appear and are in no way considered as defects (whitening of candles). The same applies to any bubbles or color variations present in Jesmonite creations.

Delivery times and availability for each item are indicated on their product page. All our items are delivered by La Poste in Economy mode at current rates, depending on the weight of your order. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times apply once the payment has been registered with our accounting department. Packages are sent within 48 hours (working days Mon-Fri), then postal delivery times apply (approx. 2 working days). A longer delivery time applies if the order is placed during the weekend, a public holiday, or a vacation. ​ Smell of Happiness declines all responsibility in the event of extended delivery times by postal services, as well as in the event of loss or theft of ordered products. Smell of Happiness undertakes to inform the customer of any delivery delay, but cannot be held liable for any compensation in this regard. In the event of an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, Smell of Happiness will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the ordered products. In this case, the costs incurred for reshipping the products will be charged to the customer. The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the “basket” section and is subject to customer approval before validation of each order.

Shipping to Switzerland only Shipments are made by post, in Economy parcels. Shipping and packaging costs start at CHF 2.- for a letter up to CHF 30.50 for a bulky parcel. ​ • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on the weight and volume of the order, these amounts include shipping and preparation costs. • Shipping is free for orders over CHF 200.- in Economy parcels, provided your order does not exceed 10 kg. If your order exceeds 10 kg, we will contribute CHF 10.-, which will give you approximately 50% off shipping for shipments up to 30 kg. • Once your order is finalized, in the shopping cart, you can choose between Economy or Priority shipping (+2.-) or against signature (+2.-) to secure your package. Pampas grass with stems cannot be shipped; only collection from Dombresson is possible for this item. Since the site cannot automatically refuse to ship an item, a message is displayed below the item description. ​​ Any requests or questions regarding shipping rates must be made before placing an order via the contact form.

In the event of non-conformity of a product received, Smell of Happiness will offer an exchange or refund of the product, subject to the customer's compliance with the conditions and deadlines (according to the exchange or return agreement). Smell of Happiness reserves the right to refuse a return if the customer has not contacted its services via the contact form or email in advance and within the specified timeframe. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must not have been used or damaged.

Complaints regarding the delivered product must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by email directly on our website in the "contact" section. Any damaged packaging must not be opened. If you receive a package with damaged packaging, please refer to our " Damaged Packages or Items / FAQ page " section. In the case of standard shipping, no refund or replacement will be made at the expense of Smell of Happiness (loss, theft or damage by the carrier).

In Switzerland, there are no withdrawal procedures. However, the burden of proof also lies with the buyer (all information on the FRC website).

There is no compensation possible due to errors in the image, price or text. No returns are accepted without prior agreement from Smell of Happiness. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your request must be made within 24 hours (working day) following receipt of the order. For any questions or return requests, contact us by email or via the contact form, indicating: 1. Your order number 2. The article concerned 3. The reason for your request. Items on sale or subject to marketing promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded. If your request is accepted, the goods must nevertheless meet the following points: 1. Not to be opened/used 2.
